MacKenzies Home Timber & Hardware is on the hunt for 2x Weekend Junior Team Members to join the Trade and Retail Teams. Junior Team Members generally work every 2nd weekend with opening hours being Saturday 8am-12pm and Sunday 8.30am-11.30am.

About the job

1x JUNIOR TRADE TEAM MEMBER

A Trade Team Member will work with the team at the back of the store and out in the trade yard.

Main duties in the trade yard will require:

-Customer service including operating point of sale

-Operating drop saws to cut materials such as steel, timber, chain & PVC pipe

-Assisting customers to locate goods and help carry them to their car

-A want to learn more about trade materials and their use

While safety is a key element to working throughout the store, it is especially important while working in the trade yard. Applicants must be at least 15 years old to apply for the Trade Team.
